Since 2002, The Managing Partner Forum has presented nineteen (19) law firm leadership conferences in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, and St. Louis. More than 725 firm leaders from 600 law firms in 33 states have participated in previous programs.
In addition, we present The First 100 Days: Master Class fo the New Managing Partner, an intimate, hands-on workshop designed especially for new firm leaders, twice a year - in January at the University of Miami and in July at the University of Chicago.
The MPF 2012 Spring Leadership Conference is designed especially for law firm managing partners by law firm managing partners. The program format and topics are developed and refined based on input from past participants and the Forum Advisory Board. The Advisory Board consists of thirty six (36) managing partners, mostly from mid-size commerical law firms. Topics often focus on issues such as firm leadership, strategic planning, compensation systems, growth strategies, and marketing and business development.
