HISTORY

The Managing Partner Forum began as a one-day, CLE-approved conference for managing partners of Florida firms with ten or more lawyers. More than 80 law firm leaders participated in the inaugural Forum held in Fort Lauderdale on October 8, 2002.

State and Regional Conferences

Since then, The Managing Partner Forum has expanded geographically to include state–specific and regional conferences in Texas, the Southeast, the Midwest and the Northeast. To date, more than 1,400 law firm leaders from 1,200 law firms in 45 states and several foreign countries have participated. They value the Forum’s high-level participants, its outstanding faculty and its highly interactive format. Many attend year after year.

By Managing Partners for Managing Partners

From the inception, our objective has been to provide education, networking and leadership development skills to managing partners and law firm leaders. Each year, we refine and enhance our programs based on input from participants and the MPF Advisory Board.

Taking It to the Next Level

In 2009, we took The Managing Partner Forum to a new level. We built this content-rich Website featuring the very best articles, White Papers and other resources on topics most important to managing partners. We launched The MPF Weekly, an electronic newsletter featuring timely and relevant articles and White Papers.

Our Next Conference

The MPF 2024 Leadership Conference will be held on May 1-2, 2024, at the Capital City Club in Atlanta, Georgia. Click here for more information.

We hope you'll join us!
