Ray served as managing partner of Chicago-based Arnstein & Lehr for many years prior to its merger with Saul Ewing in 2017. Over time, they were persuaded by skillful firm leaders to support the merger option. Now retired, Ray’s practice concentrated on commercial real estate matters.
