Anthony DeSimone, CPA

Tony helps law firms and legal professionals use AI to work smarter, move faster, and deliver greater impact. A CPA and CMA with more than 30 years of experience, Tony began his career at Deloitte, developing deep expertise in financial analysis, efficiency improvement, and strategic growth. Today, he combines that foundation with the power of AI to help firms streamline operations, enhance client service, and make better, data-driven decisions.

As the former Executive Director of the University at Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, Tony has spent more than 25 years teaching leadership development and AI integration. Through his company, You’re the Expert Now, LLC, he leads AI accelerator programs and services that turn AI from a buzzword into a practical advantage. These programs help law firms safely integrate generative AI into daily practice.

A national speaker, educator, and AI strategist, Tony shares his expertise through workshops, his AI Mastermind YouTube channel and podcast, and his “ChatGPhD” learning journey. He helps legal leaders move beyond experimentation to confidently lead their firms into the AI-powered future.
