Dr. Sharon Meit Abrahams
President, Legal Talent Advisors

Sharon is a legal talent development expert helping lawyers and law firms improve their productivity and profitability through skill assessments, coaching, initiative implementation, and interactive workshops. Sharon has written three books published by the American Bar Association, contributed to others’ books and penned over 100 articles related to professional and business development in the legal profession. Sharon has over twenty-five years of experience in client relationship building, diversity and inclusion initiatives, business development techniques, communication skills, and management/leadership development training.

Ida Abbott
President, Ida Abbott Consulting

Ida has been in the legal profession as a lawyer and consultant for more than four decades. She was one of the first people to specialize in lawyers’ professional development and retention and in advancing women into leadership. In recognition of her contributions, She has been elected a Fellow of both the American Bar Foundation, which honors the top 1% of lawyers who have promoted the highest principles and welfare of the legal profession, and the College of Law Practice Management.

 

Teresa B. Bult, Esq.
Administrative Partner and General Counsel, Constangy

Teresa is a relationship partner for her corporate clients in the employment defense space, and a very practical "problem solver."  She is constantly trying to figure out how to connect her clients to resources that can make their job easier, help them navigate through tricky employment and HR issues, as well as connecting them to the excellent attorneys at Constangy throughout the U.S. In her 20+ years of practice as a defense-side employment litigation attorney (all years at Constangy), she has litigated cases and counseled clients on almost every conceivable employment-related issues involving everything from co-workers literally spray-painting each other, to employees sending inappropriate texts, to serious whistleblowing and collective and individual wage claims.

 

Lisa Ramsay Cole, Esq.
President and Managing Shareholder, Lewis Thomason

Lisa is president and managing shareholder of Lewis Thomason and the managing partner of the firm’s Nashville office. As president of the firm, Lisa serves as the firm’s General Counsel and risk manager handling all ethical and professional responsibility matters for the firm. Lisa is a Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator, and she practices in the areas of employment law, professional liability, workers’ compensation, and general casualty defense litigation. Lisa's practice for over 25 years has concentrated in the area of complex civil trial litigation in state and federal courts. Her current clients are national, regional and local employers; regional and local health care facilities; and insurance companies. In addition, Lisa routinely defends public entities in medical malpractice and civil rights matters.

 

Jeanne M. Hoffmann, Esq.
Managing Capital Member, Bryce Downey & Lenkov

Jeanne is the managing capital member of Bryce Downey & Lenkov LLC. Jeanne concentrates her practice in intellectual property and business litigation and transactions. She handles all facets of business and intellectual property litigation and has extensive experience handling diverse matters in both the state and federal courts. Jeanne has represented clients in protecting their intellectual property by providing clearance opinions for trademark filings, preparing copyright and trademark applications and prosecuting matters in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

 

Tea Hoffmann, Esq.
Managing Principal, Law Strategy Corp

Tea is the Managing Principal of Law Strategy Corp. She is currently licensed in Tennessee and practiced there for 13 years, serving both in a law firm and as the General Counsel of a publicly traded company. In 2001, she opened her first legal consulting business, Legal Training Group. After five years, she joined one of her clients, an AmLaw 100 firm, as their first Chief Business Development Officer. During her tenure, the firm doubled in size, reorganized and streamlined its practice groups into higher functioning teams, created industry teams and established an internal business development coaching program.

Allegra Lawrence-Hardy, Esq.

After spending over 18 years at Sutherland, where she was an equity partner, a member of the firm’s executive committee, and co-leader of the business litigation and labor and employment groups, Allegra co-founded Lawrence & Bundy LLC, a litigation boutique that delivers the results clients demand. With innovative problem solving and creative fee arrangements, the firm provides agile, effective solutions nationwide from offices in Atlanta and Washington, DC. Allegra is lead counsel in Fair Fight Action v. Raffensperger.

 



Leslie C. Packer, Esq.
Managing Partner, Ellis & Winters

Leslie serves as the firm’s managing partner and is a client-oriented litigator who practices civil litigation with a focus on products liability (including drugs and medical devices), medical malpractice, and high-end commercial litigation. For over three decades, Leslie has helped clients navigate disputes at the cutting edge of healthcare-product liability. She has been part of a regional and national trial team in the breast implant litigation, and her litigation practice primarily involves the representation of pharmaceutical companies, product manufacturers, health care practitioners and institutions, engineering companies and other businesses. 

 

Heather L. Rosing, Esq.
CEO and President, Klinedinst 

Heather is CEO and President of Klinedinst PC. She serves as the Chairperson of the Professional Liability Department, working with a team of Klinedinst lawyers across the state in the defense of professionals such as lawyers and accountants. She has developed a nationwide reputation for her experience and skill in litigating complex malpractice, fraud cases, and D&O matters, and in advising in the areas of ethics and risk management. Heather also serves as a consultant and expert witness in the areas of fee disputes, professional responsibility, privileges, and attorney duties.

 

Hillary A. Sale, J.D.
Associate Dean, Georgetown Law

Hillary is an award-winning teacher, a Professor of Law at Georgetown Law, and an Affiliated Faculty Member at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. She teaches courses on Leadership, Women and Leadership, and Corporate Law and Governance. In the spring of 2017, she was the Sullivan & Cromwell Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, where she taught Women’s Leadership and Corporate Boards and Governance. She is an expert on and frequent speaker to industry groups and academic audiences about leadership and corporate governance.
