We invited David Freeman, JD, Founder of Lawyer BookBuilder; Joshua Driskell, Esq., Managing Partner of Lagerlof LLP; and Corey Castillo, COO of Lagerlof LLP, to share secrets used by top rainmakers for building great books of business. We discussed how leaders can guide their lawyers to use winning techniques for personal branding, building great networks (both internally and externally), delivering “wow” levels of service, increasing cross-selling, getting and maximizing client meetings, staying top-of-mind, etc.
